Start with the process, wherever your team works.
We welcome enquiries from companies across the EU and wider Europe. Your location is one part of the scope: the workflow, system access, decision-makers and delivery requirements determine whether we are the right partner.
For a team operating in several countries, we identify what is shared and what varies by location. That includes language, permissions, data sources, approval rules and local operational requirements.
Agree how the team will collaborate.
- English is the primary language for commercial discussions and collaboration.
- Working hours, review meetings and a responsible person on each side are agreed during scoping.
- Remote delivery and any required on-site work are discussed before the proposal is finalised.
- Product interfaces, training and documentation in other languages can be assessed as separate requirements.
A European service area does not imply a local office or local-language support in every country. We make the actual delivery arrangement clear before a project starts.
Prepare cross-border requirements early.
Tell us which entities will contract for the work, where users and data are located, and which existing systems must connect. Hosting, access, third-party processing and recovery requirements are recorded as part of the proposed architecture.
Country-specific legal, payroll, tax or regulated-industry requirements need review by the people qualified to own those decisions. We scope the software and validation work around the requirements you approve.
Expand after the first workflow is accepted.
A first pilot can be limited to one team, one site or one business unit. We agree the success measures and review the result before proposing a larger production rollout.
For a multi-country programme, the roadmap identifies shared components, local variations, migration order and the acceptance decision for each phase. Additional countries and integrations are explicit scope decisions.
Who you are speaking with.
Company Maxxing is a brand of Michalka Summit s.r.o., registered in Slovakia, company ID 56722222. The contracting entity and project responsibilities are identified in the proposal and agreement.
