What we collect
When you apply or request a call, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, optional phone number, company name, answers about your company, and the time you pick for a call. We also record the page you came from and basic technical data needed to deliver the website and to stop spam.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your application, prepare a quote and arrange a call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contract and accounting rules apply.
Who processes it
Our website and lead database run on servers in the European Union. We use an email delivery provider and a messaging notification service to be alerted about new applications. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR) or the authority in your country.
