For B2B teams whose sales process includes complex quotes, several decision-makers or a handoff from sales into operations.
Build around a real deal
We map an actual sales journey from first enquiry to accepted quote and delivery. Each stage needs an owner, a next action and an explicit condition for moving forward.
This exposes the differences between a reporting problem and a process problem. A dashboard cannot fix a quote that has no approval owner, and an automated reminder cannot fix missing customer records.
Choose the modules your team will use
- Company and contact records with a shared activity history.
- Sales stages, next actions and overdue follow-up queues.
- Quote preparation, approval rules and a record of changes.
- Connections to agreed email, calendar and operational systems.
- Won-deal handoffs carrying the agreed scope into delivery and finance.
- Management views based on agreed definitions of pipeline and revenue.
Migrate without losing the sales context
Before importing contacts, we define duplicate rules, record ownership and the fields required for an active opportunity. We test a sample migration and let users review the result before a wider move.
A first pilot can focus on one sales team and a bounded workflow. Acceptance can include the time to prepare a quote, completeness of the next-action queue and whether a delivery team receives the information it needs.
Custom CRM or configuration of an existing product?
If your process fits an existing CRM, configuration may be the better investment. Custom development becomes relevant when your pricing rules, permissions, data model or operational handoffs require capabilities that standard configuration cannot reasonably provide.
For an accurate scope, bring your current pipeline stages, an anonymised quote, the systems the CRM must connect to and examples of work your team still does outside it.
Investment and scope.
Pilot from €18,000
Production from €48,000
Enterprise programme from €120,000
Starting investment for a defined scope. A pilot covers one workflow and up to two agreed data sources; production can include up to four scoped integrations for one business unit. Deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestone payments are agreed before each phase.
Managed operations from €2,900/month, separately scoped. Additional integrations from €4,500, depending on complexity. VAT, cloud and AI usage, third-party licences, hardware and separately quoted specialist assessments are excluded. Pilot fees are not automatically deducted from later phases.
