Custom software development

Custom software built around how your company works.

When a critical workflow lives across spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools, the cost appears in missed handoffs and decisions made with incomplete information. We design one connected workflow around the people who use it.

  • English-speaking collaboration
  • Defined scope · Phased delivery
Who this is for

For operations leaders and business owners who can identify a recurring process, its current cost and the person responsible for improving it.

Start with one expensive handoff

Bring an example of the work from beginning to end: an incoming request, the approvals it needs, the people who act on it and the final record in your accounting or reporting system. We use that example to define the first release.

Custom development is useful when your rules, data relationships or integrations do not fit an existing product without extensive workarounds. If a standard tool can cover the process, that is a valid outcome of the initial assessment.

What a scoped implementation can include

  • A shared data model for the records used across the workflow.
  • Role-specific screens with a clear next action and approval owner.
  • Connections to agreed systems through APIs, imports or controlled exports.
  • Migration rules, validation checks and a way to resolve incomplete data.
  • Acceptance tests, operating documentation and a staged rollout plan.

Define the result before the build

We agree a baseline such as handling time, duplicate entry, turnaround time or the number of unresolved handoffs. The pilot tests whether the proposed workflow improves that baseline using approved sample data.

Production scope also needs clear boundaries: which teams are included, which integrations are supported, who administers access and how the system is recovered if a dependency fails. These decisions belong in the proposal before implementation.

A practical starting brief

  • The process you want to improve and a named decision-maker.
  • One representative example with confidential information removed.
  • Your current systems and how data can be exported or accessed.
  • The users, locations and operating languages involved.
  • The business deadline, budget range and what would make a pilot successful.

Investment and scope.

Pilot from €18,000
Production from €48,000
Enterprise programme from €120,000

Starting investment for a defined scope. A pilot covers one workflow and up to two agreed data sources; production can include up to four scoped integrations for one business unit. Deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestone payments are agreed before each phase.

Managed operations from €2,900/month, separately scoped. Additional integrations from €4,500, depending on complexity. VAT, cloud and AI usage, third-party licences, hardware and separately quoted specialist assessments are excluded. Pilot fees are not automatically deducted from later phases.

Before we start.

Do we need to replace all our existing software?

No. We can scope an integration or an internal application around one workflow. The initial assessment identifies what to keep, connect or replace.

Can you work with a company elsewhere in Europe?

Yes. Company Maxxing is based in Slovakia and offers delivery to European companies. Commercial discussions and collaboration are primarily in English; project-specific language and on-site requirements are agreed during scoping.

Who owns the source code and handles support?

Source-code ownership, licensing, access, handover and ongoing support are specified in the project agreement. Third-party licences and hosting costs are scoped separately.

Start with one workflow

Bring the process. We’ll discuss the scope.

Tell us where work gets stuck, which systems are involved and who needs the result. We’ll use the first conversation to assess fit, data readiness and the next step. Collaboration is primarily in English.
