For companies where sales, delivery, inventory and finance need to work from consistent records, with clear ownership of each handoff.
Find the operational boundary first
ERP scope can grow quickly. We start with one complete flow, such as an accepted order becoming a scheduled job, a material request and an invoice-ready record. We identify which existing system remains the source of truth for each record.
A connected operational layer may be enough. Replacing accounting, warehouse management or an established ERP is a separate decision that needs its own migration case.
What the first release can connect
- Orders, jobs and their current status, with a responsible owner.
- Scheduling inputs, work assignments and completion evidence.
- Inventory movements and replenishment requests where scoped.
- Purchase requests and approval rules.
- Finance handoffs with the information needed for invoicing.
- Operational reporting based on shared definitions and validated data.
Plan migration and recovery together
We agree data mapping, validation and the point at which a record moves to the new workflow. A sample migration lets business owners check the result before a broader cutover.
Production preparation includes integration failure handling, backups, recovery responsibilities and how staff continue working if a dependency becomes unavailable. These are acceptance topics, not details to discover after launch.
Measure one flow before expanding
Useful pilot measures include time from order to assignment, unresolved handoffs, missing completion evidence and the delay between completed work and invoice preparation. Your actual baseline determines which measures matter.
Bring a recent order, the records created along its journey and the systems each department uses. That gives us a practical foundation for the scope and integration assessment.
Investment and scope.
Pilot from €18,000
Production from €48,000
Enterprise programme from €120,000
Starting investment for a defined scope. A pilot covers one workflow and up to two agreed data sources; production can include up to four scoped integrations for one business unit. Deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestone payments are agreed before each phase.
Managed operations from €2,900/month, separately scoped. Additional integrations from €4,500, depending on complexity. VAT, cloud and AI usage, third-party licences, hardware and separately quoted specialist assessments are excluded. Pilot fees are not automatically deducted from later phases.
