For organisations managing recurring HR handoffs across managers, employees, operations and payroll providers.
Start with a complete employee workflow
A useful first scope might run from a signed offer through onboarding to the first payroll handoff. Another might cover a leave request, approval and its effect on a shift plan. We choose the workflow with your HR and operations owners.
The aim is a defined result with accountable owners. For example, every onboarding task has a due date, every approval has a responsible manager and every payroll export has a review step.
Possible modules
- Employee records with permissions appropriate to each role.
- Onboarding and offboarding tasks with owners and completion records.
- Leave requests, approval queues and shared availability views.
- Shift planning and attendance inputs where included in scope.
- Validated data exports or integrations for payroll preparation.
- Employee self-service for agreed requests and record updates.
Sensitive records need explicit access boundaries
We define which information an employee, line manager, HR administrator and payroll provider needs. Export permissions and access removal must be considered alongside the visible screens.
Retention rules, hosting choices and processing responsibilities are agreed with your organisation. Country-specific payroll calculations and employment requirements need your qualified local owners or advisers; an HR workflow is not automatically a certified payroll product.
Test with the people doing the work
A pilot should include representative employees, managers and an HR owner. We test routine requests, rejected requests, missing data and the handoff to the next person.
Bring your existing forms, approval matrix and the output your payroll provider expects. Approved sample records are sufficient to begin assessing the workflow.
Investment and scope.
Pilot from €18,000
Production from €48,000
Enterprise programme from €120,000
Starting investment for a defined scope. A pilot covers one workflow and up to two agreed data sources; production can include up to four scoped integrations for one business unit. Deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestone payments are agreed before each phase.
Managed operations from €2,900/month, separately scoped. Additional integrations from €4,500, depending on complexity. VAT, cloud and AI usage, third-party licences, hardware and separately quoted specialist assessments are excluded. Pilot fees are not automatically deducted from later phases.
